What exactly do you do?
K9Landmine provides professional pet waste cleanup and removal services to individual yards and multi-family communities.
How do you charge for this service? Is there a contract to sign?
We charge per “pile”...just kidding!!! Charges depend on how many pets you have and how often we visit. See the “Scooping Prices” page or call K9Landmine at 231-218-4196. AND, because we rely on our hassle-free, high quality customer service, we don’t rely on silly contracts!
Can I request the days and times of my scooping services?
As a K9Landmine customer, we will gladly try and accommodate any requests you may have. However, to ensure a specific day and time, there may be an extra cost associated with your request if we have to alter our daily route.
Do you scoop in both the front and back yard?
Of course we do! Please note though that we generally stick to either the front or back yard ...depending on where your dog does it’s business on a regular basis. We allow 15 minutes per yard, so if you have a big yard & need both the front and back scooped, there may be an additional cost.
Can you scoop with my dog in the yard?
Of course we can...we are in the business of loving dogs!!! However, please make sure to tell us if your dog is a ruthless man-eater!
How do you scoop and where does it go?
After ridding a yard of pet waste and small trash, we bag, disinfect, and dispose of it properly.
Do you scoop year round?
Yep! Your pets don’t stop doing their business and neither do we. There may be an occasional weather delay, but if it’s possible to get there and clean, we’ll make it happen!
How am I billed for my scooping services?
All major credit cards are accepted for monthly auto debit as well as discounted 6 & 12 month pre-paid plans. Personal checks are also accepted, but they must be received prior to your monthly service beginning.
Why would I hire K9Landmine to clean my yard?
You hire K9Landmine to “doo” your dirty work. We k now this isn’t a fun chore and if you don’t hire us, no one else is going to do it for you. We also save you time and allow you to have a clean and a bacteria-free, safe yard at an affordable price.
What about bad weather and holidays?
Not much slows us down, but an occasional winter storm may postpone a visit. You will not be charged for a missed visit due to weather conditions. We do honor several holidays...if your scooping day falls on a holiday, we will scoop either the day before or the day after.
